Refund policy
At Vancetic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Refunds for Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Damage
If your item arrives with manufacturer defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Provide clear photos and/or videos as evidence for verification.
Resolution: Once confirmed, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Time Limit: Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for free replacement or refund.
2. Returns for Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preference, the following conditions apply:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition Requirements:
- Unused and uninstalled.
- In original sealed packaging.
- In resalable condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Process

We will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Photo Requirements:
- Original Item in Packaging: Provide at least one photo of the item inside its original packaging (if the item is already sealed, additional photos are not required).
- Outer Packaging: Provide at least one clear photo of the outer packaging showing all sides. For large items, ensure the photos show the packaging is not visibly damaged.
Shipping the Return:
- Choose your own logistics company or use a prepaid label (if applicable).
- Ensure the product is securely packaged.
- After shipping, notify us via email with the tracking information.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds may appear on your credit card statement in the next billing cycle. Banks may take up to 5 business days to complete the transfer.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Replacements Without Return
If only certain parts are damaged during shipping or defects are discovered during installation:
- You may request replacement parts at no charge.
- Please email photos/videos, your order number, and a brief description to: support@vancetic.com
6. Returns Due to Dislike or No Longer Needed
Products may be returned if they meet all of the following:
- Not custom-made or personalized.
- Return request submitted within 30 days.
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Internal components (like crystals) are securely wrapped.
โ ๏ธ Note: Please avoid using P.O. Boxes; most carriers cannot deliver to them.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
8. Order Cancellations
- Within 48 hours: Full refund available.
- After 48 hours: Orders cannot be canceled if they have already shipped. A 25% handling fee applies to cancellation requests made after the 48-hour window.
